Description
A sci-fi gate needs to be laser powered, and this Compound Walls Gate is just that! This kit includes a fluro-orange gate section that easily slides in and out of the actual gate to show when the force field is active, and when it is not.
Each side of the gate section includes small holes suitable for 3mm diameter magnets to connect to other wall sections. You could use either 2mm or 1.5mm magnets, however if you use 2mm a small gap between the wall sections will be noticeable.
Dimensions: The footprint of this wall section is 150mm x 40mm. It is about 50mm in height. Knights of Dice have designed Sandport Hydra buildings primarily for 28mm scale miniatures, but this kit will also suit other scales.

A great gate to use with the other wall components!
The gate “beams” themselves are a solid, cut out piece of translucent plastic, so it carries light easily and with a bit of ingenuity you could install LED’s in the gate housing to really make it pop!
Its a bit fiddly to put togeter around the gate as there are some quite tiny detail pices that needs to be slottet in to the gate assembly, but once finished looks amazing!
