Suspect 7

Description

Confirmed killed in action six times, the assassin known only as Suspect 7 is nonetheless still very much alive. Even stranger she now appears on the battlefield with what appear to be multiple versions of herself working in tandem. How this is possible is a mystery, but her effectiveness cannot be denied.

Shiny Games says about Suspect 7

This is currently one of the most useful units in the Relic Knights game; although she is a specific individual in the game’s background, the fact that there are multiples of her not only means she is a squad but that you can have more than one Suspect 7 squad in your cadre if you wish.

The Act as One ability gives the squad it’s main advantage. It’s members don’t need to stay within 3″ of each other, so they can spread out across the table and go in different directions but all move on the same activation. The game’s rules for transporting tokens mean you can pick up a token with one member of the squad and then have another drop it off in a different location even though they’re not within normal unit cohesion. When the new Version 1.5 Rules come out in Spring 2016 some of how this works may well change to place a few more limits on this amazing unit.
