Shiny Games Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Shiny Games, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please contact us first to tell us you are cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to return your delivered items.

Returns must be unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. We will action the refund within 1 working day of the product(s) being returned to us. Please note that while most refunds are processed quickly by the payment gateway, it can take a number of days for the money to return to your balance.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product is defective or the return is due to our error, please notify us within 14 days of receipt as above. In this case we will pay all reasonable costs for the return shipping but you must contact us before returning anything. We will supply you with instructions for the return via email and you should follow these instructions to ensure a smooth returns process. Note however that for miniatures there will be a different process – see below.

Once we have received the returned items we will inspect them and make a full refund or send replacement goods as appropriate as soon as possible.

Faulty or Missing Miniature Components

For some manufacturers of miniatures, there is an established process for returning faulty parts of replacing missing ones direct with the manufacturer. See below for details of how to contact specific manufacturers. If you contact us first in any case, we will direct you down the appropriate route to fix the problem in the best way possible.

Dream Pod 9 (Heavy Gear)

For components from Dream Pod 9 products, you can contact rdubois@dp9.com or use the contact form on their Support page, which also contains details of the information they’ll need. However, it’s definitely best to contact us first as we may have the parts you need to hand without needing to have them sent from Canada.

Corvus Belli (Infinity Miniatures)

Corvus Belli has created a tutorial on their forums of how to report missing or damaged parts to them: http://infinitytheforums.com/forum/topic/18901-missing-pieces-complaint-codes-tutorial/
