Description
The Achillus Exoskeleton Infantry (2 Squads & 1 Team) pack includes tough Exoskeleton infantry for Terranovan forces. A typical Squad is represented by 6 to 10 Infantry minis on a 40mm round base and a team by 2 to 4 infantry minis on a hex base. This pack therefore allows you to easily create two squads and one team. You can create specialist teams or squads using the four Special Infantry models (Recon, Sniper, Anti-Tank, and Assault). As well as the Black Talons themselves, these units can be used by the Peace River, North, South, NuCoal and Leagueless factions.
The Pilum Exoskeleton Program (PEP) started in the early 1950s endeavored to provide infantry with improved mobility and the ability to carry heavier weapons on the battlefield. The Achillus Exoskeleton is one of the products of this program. It allows human operators to go toe to toe with GREL, which has thus resulted in extraordinary sales for Paxton across all of Terra Nova.
Dream Pod 9 3D-printed these miniatures using ABS-like resin. They come packaged in a small plastic clamshell blister along with black plastic bases.
