Hyena MkII Strider Walker Mode

Description

This Hyena MkII Strider Walker Mode pack contains enough parts to make either a stock Hyena or a Fusillade variant model. Dream Pod 9 have made it from high quality resin in 1/144 scale.

The Peace River City anti-matter bombing destroyed the original Hyena factory; all manufacturing and development data pertaining to the project was also destroyed. Peace River had to gradually modify the Coyote over time until it finally filled the Hyena’s previous role as a medium tank-strider. When they finally recreated the Hyena, they redesigned it to take the Coyote’s previous position as a light tank-strider. The engineers christened her the Hyena II.

Please note, this model and the Hyena MkII Strider Ground Mode represent the same unit in Heavy Gear Blitz. The two different models show the Hyena in different poses—one walking and one using its wheels. The rules for the Hyena and other new units can be found in Version 3.1 of the Heavy Gear Blitz 3rd Edition rulebook. The Rules are also available as a free-to-download PDF on DriveThruRPG.
