Description
As Terra Nova’s oldest Gear model still in use, the Hunter has seen many obscure variants used with varying success; the Spearhead Hunter was one of these variants. Notable commanders, such as Sam Harris, used the Spearhead Hunter during the Interpolar War. His actions and the actions of other such heroes are part of the reason this variant still exists.
The Spearhead Hunter is a Northern command Gear that really packs a punch, able to break through enemy lines and spearhead attacks, as the name suggests. It doesn’t carry many weapons, but with a Heavy Autocannon as its primary armament it doesn’t need much else! It also carries the Comms, Satellite Uplink and ECCM equipment that you would expect from a commander’s unit.
This Hunter model is a multi-part pewter model in 1/144th scale with a plastic hex base. The rules for it and many other models can be found in the Force Compendium, which is also a free download on drivethrurpg.com.
