A boutique little brown-stone suitated at 1889 Mignola Avenue. This little building looks wonderful placed between 2 larger buildings, clearly a sign the owners wouldn’t sell out to the big construction companies!
The 1889 Mignola Ave building kit is made from 3mm MDF and scaled for use with 28-35mm models. It has a footprint on your gaming table of 259mm x 132mm and a height of 161 mm.
